These are some of my favorite posts from around the web over the past week.
Amanda from Coos & Ahhs has been hunting for a cool coat rack for her new nursery. I love all the picks she found in Hooked on Hooks and can’t wait to see what she decides.
I was glad to see that Project Nursery did this Ubbi Diaper Pail Review. I’ve been interested to hear what people think of it once they give it a try.
Bambino Goodies put together this terrific list of the 10 Best Ideas for a Fruit-Themed Room. This list really has me inspired.
The use of Laura Rittenhouse’s Silver Moon Crib (the most expensive crib on my crib guide!) grabbed my attention in chalk + dot’s latest nursery mood board, Night Night Sweet Baby. I love the theme and the feel of this one. Great job Erica!
I always keep an eye out for modern bunkbeds. Maybe it’s because I kinda wanted one when I was a kid. Maybe I just want to be prepared just in case my boys ever need to share a room. Bloesem Kids shared the new F + R beds from rafa kids and it’s going on my short list.
If you enjoy these roundups or my posts, please take just a second (2 clicks) to vote for BuyModernBaby for Circle of Moms Top 25 Home Design Moms. I’m excited to have been nominated and I’d be THRILLED to get into the top 25 this year! You can vote once every 24 hours until May 15th.

I had a lot of fun putting together a Mother’s Day wishlist for Small for Big’s Mother’s Day Gift Guide. I was excited to be featured in the post alongside Celina of Petit a Petit and Family, Dottie of Modern Kiddo and of course Mari, my friend at Small for Big. Now we’ll get to see if my husband ever reads my blog.
I love Belinda’s new “Make It Little” feature on Nest Design Studio’s blog. If you love the combo already put together, you’ll love it in the nursery as well. This was inspired!
Apartment Therapy Family put together a great collection of Fish & Whale Baby Mobiles. I’ve featured (or pinned) many of them before, but it’s fun to see them all together.
I’m very excited about Marc Newson’s modern take on a traditional rocking horse for Magis Me Too. Rocky the Rocking Horse was featured on Designboom and more entertainingly on daddytypes. I can’t wait to add this to our rocking horse guide.
Finally, I hope you saw our Blogger Baby Shower in a box for Amanda of Coos & Ahhs. Together with Rachelle from Kenziepoo, Brianne from Stroller in the City, Chantale from The Adventures of Skinny Mini Kiki, Elisabeth from The Itsy Factor and Mari from Small for Big, we surprised Amanda with a box full of goodies for the little girl she’ll be welcoming in less than a month! Thanks to all the super stylish and generous women who helped make it happen. It was fun to bring a little of our virtual reality to real life.
I hope everyone had a great weekend. Catch up on all these great posts before the new week floods us with more wonderful things!
I’ve been having a really tough time keeping up with all 250+ blogs in my reader(!!!) lately but I’m doing my best and HAVE still been marking my favorites. Here are a few…
First, Maddie assembled a collection of Soft & Colorful Seating on Colour Me There (formerly li’l magoolie).
I meant to show you the new Ubbi Diaper Pail, but Coos & Ahhs beat me to it. We hated our diaper pail and only used it with baby #1 for a few months, but these look cool enough that I would be willing to give them a try!
Mari shares my appreciation for a fun alphabet poster and shared this one by Mike Davis on Small for Big.
Babylifestyles shared some great Baby Nursery Photography Tips. Read up, take some great shots and them send them to me! I’d love to see and share a fresh nursery tour!
On the heels of this week’s neon nursery inspiration, I loved chalk + dot’s CMYK Nursery. It’s from a few weeks ago, but like I said, I’m getting behind on all these posts! I’ve got a CMYK board I ought to share with you soon as well!
Finally, I liked seeing the New Crib Sets from New Arrivals on Nursery Notations. There are a few really nice ones in there.
Hope you’re having a great weekend. I’ll be enjoying a baby shower for my soon-to-be niece tomorrow, so that should be exciting. I’ve actually never been to a baby shower other than the little ones that I had. Should be interesting 🙂

As proof that great minds think alike, Small for Big posted her top six stuffed bunny picks in Every Bunny Needs Some Bunny.
These adorable Miffy Lamps were featured on Kid Crave. I so wish they were available in the US.

And Petit Planet had a few more Eco-Friendly Easter Basket Gifts for Green Kids. Aren’t these tiny felt bunnies the sweetest?!

Next from Oh Joy!, Ruby’s Room is just full of her particular brand of style and fun. And Ruby is just the cutest thing ever!

My Little Nest shared beautiful photos of Rowan’s Dreamy Space. I love all the fun little areas in this spacious nursery that is filled with charm.
You can find more photos of this Modern Teal Boy Nursery on Baby Lifestyles. This has me taking a second look at Maclaren’s Louis Crib and Changer.
The yellow and gray trend continues with this Gray and Yellow Woodland Themed Nursery featured on On To Baby. Complete with birch tree wall decals, faux taxidermy and a chevron bumper, this space is hitting all the recent trends.
Thao’s Little Girl Nursery on Somewhere Splendid is full of splendid little touches. Be sure to check out all the photos.
And finally, take a look at Ali Designs a Modern Meadow on Apartment Therapy Family. I particularly like the art over the crib.

First, Sydney’s Nursery Tour on Modern Kiddo is a must see. With some original Nurseryworks pieces, some great vintage pieces and a few etsy finds, this is a textbook modern nursery. Go take a look.
Bryan’s Nursery was featured on The Boo and The Boy. This room has a lot of personal touches and you can tell it really reflects the family’s eclectic tastes. It’s very cute and cozy.
Finally, this Bookcase Dollhouse is the most brilliant toy/creative play idea I’ve seen in a long time! It was featured on The Land of Nod’s blog, Honest to Nod. They’ve got some how-to tips, but this looks like such a fun, easy and beautiful project!

Kristen of klt:works debuted her son Sayer’s big boy room on Coos & Ahhs. It was an impressive nursery and it’s wonderful to see how it has developed over the years. You’ve gotta check out this inspiring space.
Aiden’s “Modern Preppy” Nursery Tour is another wonderful nursery on Apartment Therapy Family (formerly Ohdeedoh). Every week they’ve got at least one that I really love– and that’s why they’re so awesome.
Baby Lifestyles posted this nursery inspiration by Eden from Sugar and Charm. I was excited to see this awesome inspiration board would be perfect for our Grayson Mini Crib Giveaway!
Inhabitots shared the new Areaware Dovetail Animals by Karl Zahn [that] Can Be Mixed and Matched to Create New Creatures. LOVE these. In addition to the elephant, there’s a dog, alpaca, aligator and horse. For about $20 each, these would make both a beautiful collection as well as a fun toy.
Finally, Stokke shared their new Limited Edition Blue Melange color. Sort of a gray denim, it’s pretty stylin’.
Have a great rest of the weekend and be sure to enter our incredible giveaway for a chance to win a Grayson Mini Crib from Babyletto!
