Skip Hop’s Mod Dots reminds me of one of the original crib bedding patterns that I was looking at when designing my original nursery in 2005.  Once Skip Hop released the Complete Sheet bumper-free version of this pattern, I knew I’d have to play around with it.  (I just realized that the Skip Hop product photography uses Blanca Gomez’s print as well!– great minds!)

Using Mod Dots as my jumping off point, I was able to use any and every color of the rainbow.  Children’s books and toys come in all colors, so why not just embrace it and go with it?
