I’ve been a great fan of Chic & Cheap Nursery for a long time. I love the budget perspective that Nicole uses in her blog, and it’s no wonder she has such a large fan base for her money saving ideas and lower cost design inspirations. I’m often envious of the “Featured Real Room” tours she scores, and her inspiration boards show that you don’t have to spend a lot to get a chic look. For her post today however, Nicole scrapped her usual price conscious perspective and went all out for this stylish inspiration board.
I’m Nicole from Chic & Cheap Nursery and I’m so excited to fill in for Esther today while she’s enjoying a lovely family vacation.
As you can tell from the name of my blog, I like to keep things affordable. But for this Pink & Navy Preppy Girl Nursery, I decided to do something that I’ve never EVER done before.
I chose everything for this nursery without even looking at the price. Eeek!
Some of the items are surprisingly budget-friendly. Others, not so much.
I decided on a pink, navy and white color scheme because it’s sophisticated and playful. Perfect for a little preppy girl! This room is filled with pieces that can grow with your child and/or can be moved to any other room in your home.
If I replaced the crib with a Queen size bed, I would be more than happy to call this room my own! Wouldn’t you?

Hope to see you there!
