Forest Friends from Trendy Peas
Forest and woodland creatures have been hot for nurseries for a while now but we haven’t quite seen them done like this yet. I love the new Forest Friends Fabric Decals and the Deer Fox Bunny Mobile from Trendy Peas. It’s a really fresh style and in some cool colors that promise great possibilities.

Three New Complete Sheet Bedding Patterns from Skip Hop

They Posted These So I Don’t Have To
These are some of my favorite posts from around the web this past week– some great posts on some amazing blogs.
First, Baby Charlotte’s Modern Nursery is a must-see nursery tour on On to Baby. It’s simple, clean, modern and super-sweet.

I love Famille Summerbelle’s New Collection: The Performers as seen on Kenziepoo. Take a look at the bright prints and cushions. Even the mugs are kinda tempting.

While I had been following the progress of this collection on Instagram, Bloesem Kids got the scoop on these New Art Dolls by KLT:works. This cast of quirky characters is now available on etsy.

The Scallops Wall Tiles by Jim Houser from Blik would be perfect for my Navy Nautical Nursery. Simply Grove posted a picture of it this week and it caught my eye right away. (you may also like the Amps wall tiles)

Finally, you can’t go wrong with plush robots, so I liked the EBK Robots on Babyccino Kids Blog. These guys are handmade in the US and come in plenty of bright colors.

Feel free to add links to some of your favorite posts in the comments as well. Have a wonderful weekend!
Growth Chart Decals by Miki Mottes
One of my favorite uses for wall decals is as a growth chart. The vinyl wall decal growth charts from Miki Mottes are adorably illustrated and a lot of fun. The Giraffe, Dinosaur, Eiffel Tower and Cake are just a few of the wonderful choices his etsy shop.

These decals retail for $50 but you can get 10% off with the discount code “BUYMODERNBABY”. Learn more about Miki Mottes at his website.
New Name Wall Stickers from 41 Orchard
I love the new custom name wall stickers from one of our lovely advertisers, 41 Orchard. With over a dozen designs for both boys and girls and your choice of colors and fonts, you have tons of wonderful options.
Some of my favorites are Blast Off, Caboose and Spring Time (although I may be partial to that one because of the name!).

You can also find a great collection of wall sticker letters in a selection of nice modern fonts.

Imaginary Forest by Patrick Hruby
I was a fan of Patrick Hruby’s Imaginary Castle wall decal from Blik, but I think his Imaginary Forest is an even more usable design. The tree motif for nursery walls is pretty standard, but this is a colorful, magical, storybook version.

The larger version is $110 from Blik and the small version is $45. The only thing that would be better is if it were even LARGER.
French Bull Removable Wallpaper
Wallpaper is enjoying a comeback. It can be lots of fun, unless you’ve got to remove it. That’s why I think removable or temporary wallpaper is one of the most brilliant things ever!
French Bull is best know for their modern melamine dishware, but I think their colorful style translates well as a wall-covering. Here are some of my favorite French Bull wallpaper patterns…

And I also like the decals that go with the City wallpaper…

A Full Kit of the wallpaper (4 rolls @ 26″ x 94″) retails for about $300 and the decals are $48 for the set as shown.

Growth Chart Wall Decal
Way back (two years ago) when this blog was in its infancy, one of the things I often posted about was growth charts. In particular, I thought that one of the best uses for wall decals was as a growth chart. It’s been a while since I’ve seen one that I had to share, but this Wee Gallery Growing Like a Weed Growth Chart from Blik is unique enough to pass along. $38
