And I’m excited to announce the giveaway winner as well.  The winner of the new Toucan Wooden Puzzle, Woodland Wooden Puzzle and Woodland Memory Game is….. BusyWorkingMama!

Congratulations BusyWorkingMama!  Thanks to all who entered and to DwellStudio for working with me on this great holiday gift giveaway.  All of their toys make incredible gifts.

In addition to the three we picked for the giveaway, you have to take a look at the new Zoo Shape Sorter, Knit Blocks and Puzzle Blocks.

There are also three cute new push toys, the Dino, Giraffe and Bunny that also make great decor pieces.

DwellStudio stamp sets are lots of fun and the new Owl Stamp Set is no exception.

They are all such beautiful additions to the DwellStudio collection.  I hope many of you enjoy DwellStudio gifts under the tree this year!  For DwellStudio updates, follow them on facebook and twitter.

New Antique Toys Pillows from Thomas Paul

There was a lot of buzz about the original collection of Thomas Paul Antique Toy pillows (I used them in a guest nursery board on Baby Chic 101) and these new ones are just as fun.

2- Antique Toys Bunny– $24
3- Antique Toys Chubby Man– $28
4- Antique Toys Duck Decoy Small– $24

There’s also a Large Duck Decoy ($28) and a Sailor Girl $24).

Nursery Art from The Littlest Mammoth

It’s a rare day when you discover something you love in your email inbox.  This was one of them.  Despite the email subject, “A new source for kid-friendly art” (like I don’t see that every other day!), I actually wanted to write back to The Littlest Mammoth and thank them for sending me their information!

The Littlest Mammoth is the kids offshoot of Mammoth & Co., an artist run company selling reasonably priced art prints to cool collectors.  The kids prints are available in three sizes: 8″ x 10″ for $20, 11″ x 14″ for $35 and 16″ x 20″ for $75.

Here’s a pair of prints that will brighten your days and nights– The Sun and The Moon by Luke Brookes.

Sunshine Swoop and the other prints by Suzanne Carpenter are colorful and graphic.

I also like Saejean Oh’s rabbits.  Rabbit III and Rabbit V are pictured below.

While it’s been a long time since I’ve found a great alphabet poster, Alphabirds by Andrea Kalfas is phenomenal and would deserve a post all its own!

I’m also scouting Mammoth & Co. for something for my living room!  Thanks for the email!

New at Restoration Hardware

Here’s a sampling of my favorite interesting pieces from Restoration Hardware Baby & Child’s new collection.

First, I’ll be putting this Vintage Eye Chart on my personal wish list (hmmm- I think I have some credit at RH….).  They also have an eye chart with real letters, but the Es are more graphic and since my name starts with an E, they are meaningful.

This Small World Ottoman is interesting but also a nice neutral piece ($129).

The European Dog Silhouette crib sheet and pillowcase (also twin and full sheet sets) sports a design that might be of interest to some.  I like that it’s simple but has a fun pattern as well.  ($44 for the sheet and $24 for a pillowcase)

I love these sweet Bunny Bookends ($69 for the pair).  I’d use these in almost any room of the house.
The Vintage Cafeteria Play Table ($949) and Vintage Workshop Storage Bench ($229) are just fantastic.
And finally, two new gliders!  The Tailored Track Arm Swivel Glider and the Demi Sloped Arm Swivel Glider and both welcome additions to the collection of nursery gliders I go to choose from.
It’s always fun to see what unique offerings RH baby & child has collected for us and this season is no exception!

Ultimate Easter Bunny: Steiff Crazy Rabbit

A chocolate easter bunny will last about a day.  A Steiff bunny will last a lifetime.

When I was a kid, I lived in Germany and was fortunate to accumulate a little collection of Steiff stuffed animals– you know– the ones with the button in the ear.  I still have every single one of those animals and they are among my prized possessions.

Now when you think of Steiff, you might only think about their classic teddy bears, but these Crazy Rabbits are a whole fresh new look.  They are super modern, bright and adorable.

Steiff Steiff Steiff

Each rabbit is 8″ high and retails for $49.  Cross your fingers and hope they aren’t sold out!
