The nursery sets from Pottery Barn Kids usually run a little too mainstream for my tastes, but this collection from Justina Blakeney is a surprise in the very best way. The Jungalino Baby Bedding is the centerpiece of the nursery set. The wonderful collection of colors and patterns includes a quilt, fitted sheet, bumper and decorative pillow.
I’m feeling the Geo Storage Basket with the bedding or anyplace in your home really. $80
I’m also really excited about the Felted Llama Mobiles as llamas are favorites at my house. $60
With the collection or on its own, the Justina Blakeney Sticks Activity Gym is a winning design. $127
Finish off the nursery design with the Ceramic Turtle Nightlight. $70
And if you want that Justina Blakeney flavor on the go, consider the Tigress Diaper Bag. It kinda reminds me of some bedding my parent had back in the 70s, and I mean that in a good way. $150
Shop this special collection while you can and check out the rest of it at potterybarnkids.com.
From Klippan in Sweden, known for their wool throws and blankets, the Little Bear Hand Felted Wool Mobile is an adorable work of art.
Pair it with the Together Children’s Blanket and Little Bear Stuffed Animal for the perfect mix of color and soft textures.
Klippan also makes the Together Felted Mobile, which I love paired with…
the Forest Childrens Blanket and Little Bear Stuffed Animal.
The Themis Mobiles from Artecnica have been a popular staple in modern nurseries for years now, but they now have a new color combination! The Themis Trio 2 will be available later this summer.

It’s rare (actually nearly impossible) to find a crib mobile that is cute and modern but also has all the bells and whistles of the battery operated versions.
The Moonlight & Melodies Projection Mobile from Skip Hop fits right into the modern nursery AND projects stars onto the ceiling, plays 8 different lullabies and nature sounds, and rotates.
In addition to this Cloud design, there’s also the Safari version, but I like this one best.
For their Kids Autumn/Winter 2016 Collection, Ferm Living has a some great new items to take note of. My favorite is this Funkis Doll House. It really goes beyond the basic house shaped wall shelf that everyone has made versions of in recent years.
The House Wall Storage comes in blue, rose and gray and is a casual, cute storage accessory.
For Autumn/Winter, much of the collection is divided into either the Party or the Seaside theme.
Here is their Bamboo Dinner Set in the Party pattern.
And this is the Bamboo Dinner Set in Seaside.
The new wallpapers are becoming favorites of mine. Here is the Seaside Wallpaper.
And this lovely pattern is the Party Wallpaper shown with a new Rose color way for the Air Balloon Lamp.
There are new cushions for the Party pattern as well as the Seaside pattern.
And there are mobiles in Party and Seaside as well.
The popular tent comes in 4 new colors: Rose, Grey (shown), Mint, and Curry,
and the popular Half Moon pattern now comes in Baby and Junior bedding. It’s a great black and white modern option!
I can’t wait to incorporate some of the new designs in future nursery plans!
I have to applaud Fisher Price for recruiting Jonathan Adler to bring some much needed style to their brand and Jonathan Adler for really working his magic for Fisher Price. I think my favorite item thus far is the Sensory Gym. $120

I think this Lady on the Moon Collaboration Mobile is the perfect image for a peaceful Friday night.
This Baby Jives and Snuggly Ugly combo is both fun as well as beautiful. The doll can be removed for play and then placed back in the sky.
Have a great weekend!
