Unfortunately, this Cuckoo Clock doesn’t satisfy his requirement of having the bird pop out, but I haven’t found one that does for $50.
These other clocks from Modern Moose are equally awesome.
The Airplane and Clouds Mobile, the Birds on Branches, Bus Car Bike, and Cloud and Rain Drops Mobiles are all $39. There are three other mobiles currently from Trendy Peas– the Deer Fox Bunny, the Flock of Birds and Stacked Owls.
As far as themes and subject matter go, I really love the Airplane and Clouds Mobile and the Bus Car Bike Mobile because there isn’t anything simple and modern to rival them. We’ve got owls and birds and other animals, but these really clean white transportation themed mobiles are something different to keep in mind.
We are in the transition period between our nursery and new toddler room right now with our little guy. I am on the hunt for a few new things to add to his updated big boy room and I came across some adorable and imaginative prints from Leo Little Lion on Etsy.
With art ranging from bold sets of animal prints to personalized art and even wall decals, this shop stood out to me.
This Royal Safari Set ($75) comes with four prints and your choice of colors. I love the clean bold look of these prints.
The whimsical yet modern tree and bird wall decals (prices vary) are fantastic and would make a huge impact on the crib wall of a nursery or on the blank wall in our toddler room.

Argington, an Eco-friendly and affordable modern baby furniture brand, has recently debuted a versatile pair of mobiles that would perfectly accessorize any modern nursery.
Notice the new bedding above as well. There are a few new Bam Organic bedding pieces from Argington. The orange in the photos is their Plaid pattern and there are lots of other patterns that can be used to mix and match.
You can see the Birds of a Feather mobile above as well as the Nest bedding pattern. They’ve got some really beautiful options and they’re available for twin beds too!
I’m thrilled with the way this nursery inspiration board turned out. Using NUMI NUMI’s Funky Forest nursery collection as the foundation and inspiration for this design, we’ve got a gorgeous modern and gender neutral nursery that I dare say would be magazine worthy.

I’ve been waiting for these new collections of Stuf to come out and here they are–
The Circus Stuf collection (Elephant, Ringmaster, Lion, Clowny)…
and the Robot Stuf (Green V26, Yellow 8, Blue X3, Red V8.2) collection…
My little one wants all the robots!
They’ve also updated their Bird Stuf with the new Owl and Greenbird.
and Late Worms.
Check out their entire collection in the Imaginary Press etsy shop and if you’re familiar with Bod, a British kids show from the 70s (and series of books), you’ll also want to take a look at the Bod collection. Visit the Imaginary Press website for more information. You can find Lo Cole’s limited edition prints on etsy as well!
It’s a rare day when you discover something you love in your email inbox. This was one of them. Despite the email subject, “A new source for kid-friendly art” (like I don’t see that every other day!), I actually wanted to write back to The Littlest Mammoth and thank them for sending me their information!
The Littlest Mammoth is the kids offshoot of Mammoth & Co., an artist run company selling reasonably priced art prints to cool collectors. The kids prints are available in three sizes: 8″ x 10″ for $20, 11″ x 14″ for $35 and 16″ x 20″ for $75.
Sunshine Swoop and the other prints by Suzanne Carpenter are colorful and graphic.
While it’s been a long time since I’ve found a great alphabet poster, Alphabirds by Andrea Kalfas is phenomenal and would deserve a post all its own!
I’m also scouting Mammoth & Co. for something for my living room! Thanks for the email!
I’m a huge fan of Petit Collage so whenever I find something new from them I can’t wait to share it with you.
