It’s November, aka Movember. The Movember Foundation challenges men to grow mustaches during Movember to spark conversation and raise money for men’s health programs. My husband is participating in Movember, and while I don’t mind a nice winter beard, this mustache thing is making me nervous!
Support me through this November mustache episode by donating to my husband’s team. He is also welcoming new team members so if your or your loved ones want to participate, please sign up and join the Scratchy Face Boys, then watch those mustaches grow– thanks!

Congratulations Stephanie! I will email you shortly. I can’t wait to see photos of it in your nursery!
Thanks to Olli & Lime (one of our lovely friends and advertisers) for this generous giveaway.
Hope I didn’t miss anything! But I’ve been home for almost two weeks now, so it’s time for the show coverage to come to an end.
And now back to our regularly scheduled posting! Well, it’s not actually “scheduled”. I post things fresh as I write them in an effort to bring you the latest information as soon as possible all year long, not just during our trade show coverage.

It’s that time again! I’m packing up and heading to Vegas tomorrow for my 5th year at the ABC Kids Expo, the nation’s largest kids and baby trade show.
I’ll be meeting and visiting with many of our favorite brands and companies as well as other bloggers and retailers. It’ll be a busy few days. Coverage on the blog will start next week and run through September, but you can follow on twitter, Instagram and Facebook to catch some of the early news and photos.
Follow our coverage to preview what the year ahead will bring!
Here’s to 238 years of the U.S. of A!
Enjoy this festive day and stay safe!

We managed to take our annual Mother’s Day photo this year without too much fussing or fighting so I’m calling the day a success!
Happy Mother’s Day to all you modern moms, moms-to-be and mothering types. Give yourselves a pat on the back. I hope you’re getting all the appreciation you deserve– today and every day!
I’m merely posting this for your entertainment… at $16,320,000, the Dodo Bassinet Solid Gold from Suommo has got to be the most expensive bassinet of all time. I imagine it being the bed of choice for the offspring of ancient Pharaohs.
Fortunately, the bedding is included. How about throwing in the child’s college education while we’re at it?
For the older baby, the Bela Luxury Cot Gold Edition is merely $62,288 but I’m afraid the bedding is an additional $5,168. For some reason they throw in a free bottle of water.
I’m not even going to mention the pacifier– oh wait, I just did.
Have I sufficiently knocked your socks off?
