My Modern Nursery #76: Shared Times Three Sponsored by Lullaby Paints

I designed this space for grandma’s house.  She requested taupe, silver and aqua and so that’s where I started.  With five grandchildren in three different families (and I’m sure more eventually), this design maximizes the sleeping combinations for boys and girls of different age ranges in each family and includes a comfy spot for Grandma’s favorite activity– reading bedtime stories.  While that was my aim, this also makes a perfect shared room for three kids.

Oeuf’s Perch Bunk Bed is the most beautiful bunk bed ever, and we already have a Classic Oeuf Crib that they can use.  The paint color is Sheep’s Wool from our sponsor Lullaby Paints.   It’s a warm and cozy neutral that is comfortable for adult guests as well.  The house is in Florida so it needs a ceiling fan, and I added a little sense of place with the Florida map.

10- Oeuf Mini Library in Birch– $680

In my Pinterest Board for this space, I included several furniture and art options that could be considered as alternatives.  For example, a twin sleeper chair could add one more bed to the room without taking up too much additional space when it’s not needed.

Thanks to Lullaby Paints for sponsoring this post.  I’m excited to be working with them on this series of nursery inspiration boards featuring their premium paints.  Lullaby Paints are are safe for both newborns and pregnant moms so they’re perfect for your eco-friendly modern nursery.

I love that you mixed in a slightly more traditional rug with all of the modern pieces. This is such a warm, cozy and inviting room design. Love it!
