My Modern Nursery #54: Neon and Light Blue

I think that nursery design is a great place to use fun trends in your home.  A nursery, by it’s nature, is a relatively temporary space in your home.  Kids grow quickly and the room transforms as they get older.  You don’t have to worry too much about investing in a timeless style the way you may feel you should in the rest of your home. If you’re loving a trend, go for it, because by the time you’re tired of it, it’ll be time to change the room up anyway.

If you follow me on Pinterest, you know I’ve been exploring the neon trend over the past few months.  I’ve even managed to bring a drop of neon into my wardrobe!  But it wasn’t until just this week that I was able to bring the trend into the nursery.

I discovered the blog My Attic via my pinning adventures and was inspired by this photo in her Neon vs Pastel series.  This is where it led me…
