Birthday Giveaway: Alphabet Print from Mimosa
Ariel and Holly, the sisters behind Mimosa, must have known about my love for alphabet posters when they contacted me to share their work. I was thrilled to discover their collection of versatile letterpress prints as well as their cute 100% organic tees and onesies.
This series of traditional three-color letterpress prints (8″x10″) covers many of the most popular nursery themes. At $20 a piece, they are wonderful gift items (and who says you can’t buy gifts for yourself?).

What I really like about the animal prints (in addition to the great colors and cute creatures) is how the design reminds me of ketubah (Jewish marriage contract) designs. In fact, the way they are laid out would make for incredible ketubahs!
Of course, for me, the highlight of their collection is this Alphabet Print.
This print measures 19 3/4″ x 27 1/2″ and fits and looks fantastic in Ikea’s RIBBA frame.

Cute simplicity! I love it. How cute would it be to have sibling shirts- onesie with a little hedgehog and big brothers with a big hedgehog!
I really love the onesies and the alphabet print; I’d love more prints with darker or more complex/sophisticated color schemes.

The alphabet print would be adorable as a series of t-shirts/onsies. You could break up the letters and have 3 or 4 per shirt.
First off, I love the alphabet print! As for my other thoughts – I believe they need an elephant somewhere. And I would really love that Forest print in blue, green and orange!

I don’t have anything alphabet for my Kenzie yet. I think it would be cute to have personalized shirts (initials) with pics of the letter so Kenzie (MVP) would be picture of Monkey, Vase, Pig.. hehe. Armadillo as an option!! That would be rad.

The arctic print fits a winter theme to me – I’d love to see some prints to coordinate the 3 other seasons.
i love the alphabet print. i think that little counting sheep would be so sweet. i like the colors of the ocean print and jungle print!
It would be nice if the individual letter with its current design was available separately on a small print. That way you could order say the letters to spell your child’s name and hang them across the wall.

The prints are great!! I especially love the narwhals on the Arctic print.
I’d love to see the clothes in some colours other than white, and maybe the prints on simple a-line dresses? I’d also really like to see the narwhal on a shirt!
I’d love the Forrest print in another colour way -something with navy blue would be lovely!
The alphabet print is so cute! I would love for it to be the starting point for my first baby’s nursery…due in December.
Although I love all the prints offered, I think that a desert print (with a cactus, geckos, sand, tumbleweeds, sunshine, a coyote, etc.) and a sky print (with different birds, clouds, sun, maybe a rainbow, etc.) might be nice additions to the collection.
I love love love the ocean print! I would love to see the ocean print in girl colors since I only have girls!

I think maybe you should add a monkey to the line and maybe a little kitty cat. And with all the cute animals you have around, maybe a Noah’s Ark print?

my son is really into cats and tigers I would love to see a tshirt with either on it.

I really just have to stick with the Alphabet print! I think the neutral look of all the products are great! What would I like to see as a future product or design, sooo many options, how about waterfalls, shamrocks, polka dots, penguins, I have to many idea’s, thanks.
I’d like to see the alphabet print with Spanish phrases beneath the letters. I love the jungle and ocean prints. So cute!

i love mimosa! and i would likely love anything they came up with. i’m not sure i’m the best person to advise….regardless, what about adding something, admittedly simple and domestic, like dogs and cats?
This would be great for our children’s play room.
